Not one thing.

The location is great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with private bathrooms. Guests praise the delicious and varied breakfasts, served promptly at a communal table on the patio. The hosts are friendly and provide helpful information about local activities and hiking options.

Some guests mentioned that they didn't have much opportunity to talk with the hosts due to their busy schedules.

We loved the convenient location near town and the parks, with on-site parking and easy access to restaurants and shops. The bikes and hot tub added a great touch to our stay. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the imaginative and delicious breakfasts offered.

Visited Moab over Christmas and had a great experience staying at a vacation rental. The location was perfect, close to town and the parks. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops from our accommodation. The rental came with parking on site, which was convenient. Another great feature was the availability of bikes and a hot tub on the property, which added to our overall enjoyment of the vacation.

Although the overall experience was positive, there were a few downsides. The rental felt a bit rundown and not as clean as expected.

Great value for money, the room was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The location was fantastic, close to town, National Parks, and with onsite parking. The staff, Chris and Susan, were amazing and made our stay extra special.

Hot tub was out of order.

We recently stayed at Cali Cochitta Vacation Rentals for a weekend getaway in Moab. Chris and Susan were absolutely amazing! The B&B was beautiful and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after exploring the nearby National Parks. The wine and cookies in the afternoon were a delightful treat. The breakfasts were delicious and the Willow Cottage was cozy with a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, close to town and the parks, with on-site parking and bikes available. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The cottage we stayed in was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved that the location was close to town and the parks, making it easy to explore. Another advantage we enjoyed was having on-site parking and being able to walk to restaurants and shops.

On the downside, we did experience some traffic noise, especially from motorcycles passing by. The AC in the room was also a bit noisy, which made it difficult to sleep.
